How do I request a visit?

Request an assessment for the property where the system would be installed. Air Sense will need its address and a way to reach you about access. Explain whether you own the home, are purchasing it or are coordinating with someone else who must authorize the work. Appointment availability needs confirmation.

What details should I provide?

An installer needs more than the radon number. The foundation layout and accessible route for piping help define the work. Include known additions or separate foundation areas, and describe any existing radon fan or vent pipe.

  • Share the report’s dates, room location and result.
  • Identify basement, slab and crawl space areas.
  • Mention finished surfaces along possible pipe routes.
  • State any closing date that affects scheduling.

What happens after I contact Air Sense?

Use the follow-up conversation to review the proposed system, electrical arrangements and post-installation testing. Ask which preparation tasks belong to you and which are included in the proposal. A submitted form does not reserve an installation date or establish a final price; keep the agreed scope and schedule once those details are confirmed.
